Overview
The Company Is Seeking Candidates For Its Twenty-Six (26) Weeks Training
Program, Which Usually Leads To Assignments In Sales, and Subsequently
(Where Desire And Performance Indicate) To Management. The Typical Program
Is Conducted In Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Or Arlington, TX, With "Permanent"
Assignments At One of 49 Locations In Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi,
And Texas.
The Program
During the Course of Your Twenty-Six Weeks Tour as a Trainee, You'll Be
Exposed to Virtually Every Aspect of the Business, Utilizing Both In-House
and Externally-Developed Curriculum. "Hands-On" is the Name
of the Game in this Program, as You Are Afforded the Time to Work Directly
with Experienced Personnel In Various Locations Throughout the Company
in their Areas of Expertise.
You'll Start in the Warehouse
Learning the Keys to A Successful Distribution Operation, Without Which
Excellent Customer Service Is Only A Catchy Slogan. From There You'll
Spend Time In City Sales, Dealing with our Walk-in Customers, Before Heading
into the Office for Work in our Inside/Office Sales Areas. You'll Wrap
Up Your Tour with Time Spent in the Field with Members of Our Outside
Sales Force, as Well as With Members of Branch Management and Corporate
Administration. In Addition, All Throughout Your Tour You Will Be Trained
in the Operation of Our Technology Systems, As Well As Exposed to Externally-Developed
Training Materials.
